ISLAMABAD: FGEHA shares the deadline for Lifestyle Residency dues. According to news reports on March 21, the Federal Government Housing Authority (FGEHA) has issued the due date for allottees of the Lifestyle Residency program. For the Lifestyle Residence Project in Sector G-13, Islamabad, the unpaid installments are due on or before March 31.

The news source claims that there will be a surcharge for violation. The FGEHA has announced a final amnesty that will remove 70% of surcharges to promote prompt payment. The government recommends allottees take advantage of the amnesty and pay their installments in order to avoid surcharges.

According to the facts, the Lifestyle Residency Project encompasses a 10-acre plot with seven buildings. One of which is still under construction with a grey structure. The FGEHA hopes the project’s allottees that every effort will make to complete it. Also, deliver it as soon as possible.

The project offers cutting-edge amenities for urban living, including banquet facilities, grocery stores, green parks, and backup generators for elevators. Also, a community club, a mini-supermarket, a security system, an auditorium, a daycare for toddlers, and a fitness center. Moreover, a beauty salon, maintenance services, and garbage disposal.

To start the project as a public-private partnership, FGEHA has also teamed with EHFPRO. It is a private company register with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under the Companies Act, 1984.

A dynamic Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) has been developed through the joint efforts of FGEHA and M/s Progressive Motels & Resorts to manage the project’s advancement.
