NOC of Capital Smart City approved by RDA. It was waiting for approval from quite some time. Capital Smart City is certainly most awaited project of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. It’s been trending in market due to its top features and planning. Being 1st smart city of Pakistan, it’s offering global standard amenities to its investors.
Capital Smart City NOC shows “under-process” status from quite some time on official website of RDA. Although, it acquired NOC previously. However, due to land extension it was delayed. According to recent notification, it has acquired legal NOC now.
It must be kept in mind that RDA under law Punjab Development Of Cities Act, 1976 approve only those societies that are in accordance with its preliminary requisition. These guideline made for public welfare and to maintain standard development of any project.
By acquiring this legal certificate, Capital Smart City again proved to become the ideal venture in real estate industry of Pakistan.
