Walton Airport Land to be Used for Business Center (Plan Formulized)

Lahore: The Central Business District Authority (CBDA) has Formulized Plan, Walton Airport Land to be Used for Business center. Rs.60 Billion is spared for the city to start different economic activities. Authorities have a plan to build a commercial market on the property of Walton Airport.

The CBDA has formalized a plan to develop different residential Buildings, Commercial Buildings in a Commercial Center, Business Centers, Lifestyle activities, and Academies. A vast piece of land will be used for the construction of quality roads and highways.

Private builders and developers will also be included in formulating the strategy for this business center.

Rs.2.5 Billion Budget is also approved for the Current and Next fiscal year. Moreover, Punjab Government is also offering Rs.100 Million Loan to be repayable in 2 Years’ time.
