Owners

Mr. Adeel Riaz, CEO of RBS Real Estate & Builders, is the owner of RBS Horse Stables and RC Flying Club. This club reflects his love for nature, horses, and outdoor adventure, and his vision to create places where families and friends can enjoy quality time.

He leads the company alongside Mr. Aqeel Riaz and Mr. Adnan Riaz. The company runs on a few clear values: honest communication, a client-first attitude, and a strong focus on delivering results. These values are the reason why so many investors and families continue to place their trust in RBS. 

RBS Horse Stables

RBS  Horse Stables is a peaceful riding spot located in Timmer Ratial, Pakistan. It is a lovely place to spend a day outdoors, away from the noise of the city. Whether you are a seasoned rider or someone who simply loves being around horses, the stables offer a warm and welcoming experience for everyone.

The stables are home to some very fine horses. Their glossy coats and gentle temperament make them a delight to admire up close. Best of all, horse riding here is complimentary for visitors. You can enjoy a ride, pet the horses, and take memorable pictures. Visitors can watch riders trot and canter across the grounds, and the horses are well cared for and handled with patience by the stable staff.

The club is also home to a few special animals, including a majestic lion and graceful peacocks. Visitors can enjoy seeing these beautiful creatures up close, which adds an exciting and memorable touch to the day. 

Riding Grounds & Stables 

The grounds are built with horses in mind. A wide, open riding ground is lined with neat white fencing, with a round training area where horses are exercised and trained under the guidance of experienced handlers. There is also a long open track where riders can let their horses gallop, which is an exciting sight for visitors of all ages. In the background, green hills and open countryside stretch into the distance, making the whole place feel spacious and refreshing.

The stable block is a long, simple building with a sturdy roof and a covered walkway running along the front. It gives the horses plenty of shade and shelter, while its plain, practical design gives the place a warm, rustic look. Right beside the stables, there is a large water reservoir, which adds to the natural charm of the setting. Ample parking space is available right next to the stables, so arriving with family or friends is easy and convenient.

The grounds also have comfortable seating areas and open spaces for outdoor gatherings. The area looks lovely even as the sun goes down, with soft lights around the stables. The stables are open for visits and events during daytime only. Whether you are planning a family outing, a team gathering, or a small celebration, RBS Horse Stables is a great choice for a relaxed day with horses and open skies.

RBS RC Flying Club

RBS RC Flying Club is a place for anyone who loves remote-controlled planes. It is part of RBS Horse Stables, and it is open to enthusiasts, families, and curious visitors alike.

The club brings together many types of RC aircraft. At our events, you can see small trainer planes, colorful aerobatic planes, and fast jet-style models. Pilots control them with hand-held remotes, and the planes perform smooth moves in the sky.

Our Latest Event

Our most recent RC Flying Day was held in December 2025. The grounds were set up with a bright welcome banner, and pilots lined up their planes for takeoff. Guests came with their families, watched the flights up close, and enjoyed the open surroundings. A windsock on the field helped pilots check wind direction before each flight. Visitors also enjoyed horse riding on the same grounds, which added to the fun.

The event ground is wide and open, with natural hills in the background. There is plenty of space for flying and parking, so guests can arrive easily. Whether you are a skilled pilot or simply love to watch, the RBS RC Flying Club has something for you.
