Plot Selection in Capital Smart City Started

As per the latest updates, the date for the selection of plots in Capital Smart City has announced. The announced date is from December 12, 2019 to December 15, 2019. This notification is issued by Mujeeb-ur-Rehman, Head of Marketing.

Who are Eligible?

Those investors who have paid 50% or 100% lump sum amount at the time of booking will be eligible to select their plots now. Meanwhile, individuals who opt for Installment plan will directly go to balloting for the plot selection.

Where plots can be Selected?

The selection of the plot is viable for

• Commercial plots
• Residential plots

However, extension in the date is not expected yet. Since, massive people have invested in this project. Thus, choose your plot now by visiting Capital Smart City office.
