LDA year’s first exclusive auction set for Jan 24

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is getting ready for its first auction of the year. This is scheduled to happen on January 24 at the LDA Community Centre in New Garden Town.

In this auction, LDA will be selling different types of land, like places where you can build houses or businesses, in areas such as Johar Town, Jail Road, Allama Iqbal Town, and other related places. One interesting thing is that they are also offering the chance to lease rooftop spaces for restaurants in important locations. These locations include Park and Ride Plaza, Moon Market, and Shah Alam Market.

Apart from these, the auction will also feature the opportunity to rent commercial spaces in Gulberg’s Park and Ride Plaza. The first floor of the Markaz Site in Jubilee Town, parking areas in Qaid-e-Azam Town, and various public utility spaces in different areas. The properties up for auction include both places for businesses and homes. These places include Johar Town, Jubilee Town, Sabza Zar, Gulshan Ravi, Tajpura, and Quaide Azam Town, as well as shops in Tezab Market, Do-Moria Bridge, and the Package Area on Walton Road.
