Upon the directives of the Operations Director Ali Nusrat, LDA’s Town Planning Wing first targeted Gulberg, Garden Town, Bypass Road, Johar Town, and other areas. Ten properties were sealed in Gulberg and Garden Town, and the authorities have already issued multiple notices to the sealed properties.

The owners of these properties have the right to appeal and settle their dues. The authorities are stubborn about unsealing any property unless the dues are clear. Failure to pay the outstanding dues will result in further strict legal actions. The authorities may auction the property to recover the dues.
