Islamabad, September 12, 2024: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is launching multiple real estate projects for overseas Pakistanis. The Public-Private Partnership Authority and CDA officials attended the meeting, aiming to develop Islamabad and generate investment opportunities.

According to the details, the CDA Chairman, Mr. Mohammad Ali Randhawa, stated that these projects will meet international standards and fulfill the expectations of overseas Pakistanis. The Pubic-Private Partnership Authority will provide all the technical support required for these projects. The process of hiring advisors and consultants will begin soon.
While emphasizing the importance of these projects, Mr Chairman also mentioned the unsolicited proposals received so far. He stated that the proposals are under review, and CDA is open to incorporating a proactive approach and diverse ideas into the development plans.
