Lahore, October 1, 2024: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has sanctioned a massive Pkr 1.23 billion to upgrade the MM Alam road. The road is one of the city’s premium commercial hubs; the upgrade will include underground electrification, improved pedestrian facilities, and better parking spaces.

This infrastructure development will enhance the frequently designated iconic MM Alam Road’s aesthetic appeal. The modernization will further enhance the road’s efficiency and accessibility. The road is also anticipated to be expanded for improved traffic flow.
The road already has high-end boutiques, restaurants, and international franchises; the upgrade will attract more businesses. LDA has set a timeline of 18-24 months to upgrade the MM Alam road.
