LDA plans to offer possession of plots in Block C of LDA City Jinnah Sector

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) intends to commence the possession process for plots in Block C of LDA City’s Jinnah Sector in the first week of December, according to the news reported on 12 November.

In a meeting held on Saturday and presided over by Commissioner Lahore and LDA Director General (DG) Muhammad Ali Randhawa, an announcement was made.

The commissioner, during the meeting, instructed officials to establish an on-site one-window service. This service facilitates swift payments for land acquisition in LDA City. Commissioner Randhawa expressed confidence that this streamlined system would be advantageous for the residents of City.

Furthermore, he directed the officials to formulate an action plan outlining the status of ongoing development projects. It emphasizes the importance of regular progress of possession plots reviews for City. Commissioner Randhawa requested a comprehensive performance report from the officers assigned to oversee developments in the area.

In the meeting, a thorough assessment was conducting regarding the preparations for acquiring possession of Block C. A comprehensive presentation showcased construction progress. Also the installation of street lights, the placement of signboards, and advancements in road development. In addition, participants apprised that development initiatives in City accelerated.

Additional Commissioner Usman Ghani, Additional DG UP Khalid Guraya, Director Finance, Director LAC, Project Director, and the LDA City team were present at the meeting.
