The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has advertised a promising chance for investors to auction plots within renowned housing projects, as stated in an advertisement published in national newspapers on September 17.
Accordingly information provided, this auction will feature plots that are suitable locations for constructing educational facilities, institutions, hospitals, pharmacies, and more. In addition, the scheduled auction is set for October 04, 2023, which falls on a Wednesday at 10 AM. Moreover, the auction will take place at the LDA Community Center located at 9 Civic Center, Garden Town Scheme.

Additionally, one of the properties up for sale in the auction is the complete first floor of Park & Ride Plaza, situated at Liberty Roundabout in Gulberg. However, this commercial area encompasses a significant space of approximately 7,604 square feet. Finally, upon winning the bid, the buyer will be granted a 5-year lease with an initial 3-month grace period.
Authority Tends to Auction
The starting bid price is established at PKR 150 per square foot per month, and interested participants need to submit a security deposit of 4.6 million Pakistani rupees.
