LDA Launches Digital Submission for Residential Building Plans

Lahore, August 19, 2024: LDA Launches Digital Submission for Residential Plans. As per details, the Lahore Development Authority  has initiated an online system for submitting and approving residential building plans.

Lahore Development Authority is already working on streamlining urban development processes, and this initiative is a step ahead. The LDA’s “One Window Cell” facilitation centre now accepts annual plans via its online portal. From submission to approval, all processes will be done online.

As per the details provided by the Director General LDA, Tahir Farooq, 12 plans from private housing schemes have been received at the Lahore Development Authority E-Khidmat centre. The respective challans have been issued to them digitally.

The DG Lahore Development Authority praised the online processes and smooth transition from traditional physical submission. He further directed the authorities to take the minimum time to process and approve residential plans. This online platform will expedite the process and enhance transparency, providing the utmost convenience to Lahore residents.
