Official Launching Ceremony of General Block in Capital Smart City

Capital Smart City Islamabad is setting new record when it comes to the actual pace of development work. On May 2^nd, OFFICIAL LAUNCHING CEREMONY of General Block took place at the official site office of Capital Smart City. Several officials including dealers & investors were present on this big event. As speculated, numerous important announcements & briefings were also made in this mega awaited launching ceremony.

Team Structure

Mr. Muhammad Aslam, Group CEO, briefed the audience about the overall team structure of this mega project. He envisioned making Capital Smart City a breathable city, not just like another housing scheme. He said till now the development work is delivered more than promised. The detail of team structure is explained as follow

• Consultant team led by Brigadier Bilal
• Supply of document team led by Mr. Louis

The group of land providers including Mr. Chaudhary Fakhar, Sardar Irfan, Baqar Shah & Mirza Tasawur were appraised in this ceremony. The general block launching & asphalt was considered as a EID gift to its investors from developers. Consultant team was especially appreciated for ensuring progress pace & quality work at the same time. Inspectors and CRE from consultant team inspects the site day and night for provision of standard and superior work.

Mr Malik Aslam, Group CEO of HRL believes that Capital Smart City would change the landscape of real estate in Pakistan. It would be a real unmatchable & leading city of Pakistan in the near future. He expressed his views that no slouch robust & speedy pace development work has been seen in 26 years of his experience in real estate industry. Sharing an anecdote, he shared a past year story when there was not even a single sitting place on this vast site. And presently hundred & thousands of workers are engaged in development of this outclass project.

HRL Specialty

HRL tagged as a leading construction & developer company during this event. It carries every single process after testing it in the concerned lab. Fillings of different measurements were made in asphalting of the main road. Certification of soil is considered necessary, in the developments of HRL. Proctor test for Compaction is also made to compare it with on ground by lab officers.

Meanwhile, Earthwork dumping procedure is extensively explained to investors & attendees.  Network of files under plots also made that makes the foundation strong and long-lasting. Overall, it increased the development cost but guarantees the quality of work & enhance the reputation of HRL in market.

• Capital Smart City has acquired National Garden land on Chakri Road. Thus, adding more than 6500 Kanals to the site area.
• Latest executive block would be launched for locals. Moreover, 5 sectors of executive block possession will be allotted in Jan 2020.
• Clients with updated payments from general block are automatically transferred to executive block.
• More than 50% possession is speculated to be done till 1st Jan 2020.
• Grand Mosque in Block C & D accommodating 700 individuals.
• Own University of Capital Smart City.
• 40,000 Golf Course plots
• 3 bridges over river sill with 60 to 100 feet width.
• Designer Boulevard that would serve as a hub for international branded outlets.
• Capital Hills comprised of 3000 villas, 900 apartments, 1 mosque, 4 mosques, educational institutes and many more.

Development Updates

The developmental activities on site is carried out at a phenomenal pace from past several months. Ground leveling for most of the blocks already done & the construction work has already started there. Numerous road trails are in the midst of being leveled for further construction and asphalt. Moreover, the main road between overseas blocks & general block is in its final stage. Moreover, a 317 earth-moving machinery & 1003 workers efforts to complete this project before deadline.
