Conditions for the Payment
- After the completion of all dues, the applicant will be qualified for the plot allotment in Kingdom Valley Islamabad.
- The application for the plot allotment will be served on a first-come, first-served basis, but in case of completion of dues, plots can also be allotted through the ballot.
- The final allocation will be confirmed if the applicant covers the development charges as given in the schedule with the approvals from the respective development authorities.
- All the instalments have to be made according to the plot category paid through bank, pay order, or in the form of cash.
- The management will apply the development charges as per schedule, which does not include building a Mosque, Commercial Area, Grid Station, or a Water filtration unit.
- In case of late payment of dues 0.1% surcharge will be levied. Management can also cancel the membership and allotment of property in case of late payment of the surcharge.
- If the project stops due to any reason, the firm will offer applicants the property of the same monetary value at some other place or may choose to refund the payment taken.
- The fee for processing and merging every residential plot will be PKR 5,000 (Rupees Five thousand only).
- The transfer fee shall be PKR 25,000 (Rupees Twenty-Five thousand only).
Other Terms and Conditions
- The department of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan is in charge of developing housing schemes. The company ensures to complete the project according to the planned schedule, provided that the progress can be delayed due to any unavoidable & uncontrolled reasons, i.e., war, natural disaster, change in the policy of Federal, or any legal restriction imposed.
- You cannot use the residential plots for commercial purposes; as it can lead to the cancellation of allotment.
- Until the completion of full payment, the applicant has no right to enter his agents or employees into the property.
- Allottee must have to follow the condition in addition to the other regulations too.
- Kingdom Valley Islamabad does not allow any buyer to go against the laws set by the development authority of the area i.e; Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA).
- The company will make try to obtain water supply and gas connections as soon as possible. Nonetheless, in case of delay from the government agencies, the firm will accept no responsibility.
- All communication will be made at the given address, as mentioned in the application form. In case of a change of mailing address, the applicant will be in charge of notifying the company.
