Senate Committee Expresses Concerns Over Housing Schemes Completion, Encroachments.

The Senate Standing Committee on Housing and Works expresses significant concerns regarding the ongoing delay in the completion of various Housing Schemes and encroachments within the city.

According to the news report, Senator Hidayatullah Khan, leading a committee, received briefings from the Secretary of the Ministry of Housing and Works as well as the Director-General of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) concerning the issues highlighted by the committee.

Bangash informed the committee that the Joint Venture (JV) involved in the project was not providing access to project records.
