Gwadar Free Zone to Generate $10B Economic Activities Per Year

GWADAR: Port at Gwadar and free zone to create massive economic activities per year. Free Zone Gwadar all alone will be capable of generating $10B in economic Activities yearly. Moreover, the $3B Investment of China in the Gwadar free zone will be creating more than 30,000 Jobs.

Chairman of China Pakistan Economic Corridor, Ex-DG ISPR Major General ® Asim Salim Bajwa said this $3B investment will help in creating more jobs.

During a recent visit to Gwadar, The Chairman CPEC Authority Asim Saleem Bajwa stated that the construction of the Gwadar Free Zone is in its second phase. And once it is operational it will help in boosting economic and trading activities in the region.

Furthermore, he stated that work on East Bay Express Way is 94% complete. While work at Gwadar Airport is also in full swing. The inauguration of East Bay Express Way is expected this year.
