FGEHA’s auction of commercial plots in G-13, G-14, filling station in Mauve Area postponed.

The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority  has officially declared the postponement of FGEHA’s auction for Class-III Commercial Plots in Sector G-13 & G-14, as claimed by a news source on December 27.

According to the details, this announcement surfaced after a comprehensive media campaign. With advertisements featured in prominent newspapers across Pakistan. The scheduled dates for the auction were December 27 and 28, this year. Besides Class-III Commercial Plots, a Fuel Station Plot in the Mauve Area, Sector G-14/4, Islamabad has also made it to the list.

The decision to defer the auction event signifies a strategic move by FGEHA, possibly influenced by various considerations or circumstances that may impact the optimal conduct of the auction.
