The Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi (DHAI-R) has introduced an exclusive offer for commercial plot members along the Expressway. On December 28, the administration announced this offer on the authority’s official Facebook page.

Running until June 30, 2024, this time-limited opportunity presents plot owners with a chance to enjoy a complete waiver (100%) on various essential fees. The offer is applicable to commercial plots in DHA Expressway – Phase V, providing significant financial relief to investors and members of this esteemed community. DHAI-R aims to increase the appeal of commercial ventures along the Expressway, aiming to stimulate economic activity in the area.
Plot owners have the opportunity to benefit from this exclusive offer i.e a 100% waiver on the following charges:
- Site Plan
- Possession
- CIDC
- Drawing Submission
- Scrutiny Fee
- Water & Approval Charges
- Debris Charges
- Amalgamation Charges
