Chohan Cattle Farms

Chohan Horse Stables and Farm House is a private property owned by Mr. Adeel Riaz, CEO of RBS Real Estate & Builders. It spreads across 625 kanals, so there is plenty of room to explore. Out of this, 300 kanals are set aside for a Stables Horse Riding Club, an RC Flying Club, and a Cars Club. The remaining 325 kanals are home to the farmhouse itself.

Here you will find cows, buffaloes, goats, and chickens, along with a lovely aviary full of birds. It is a great place to enjoy nature and spend quality time outdoors. The venue is available for daytime events, making it a good choice for family outings, gatherings, and group activities. At RBS, we are proud to share this space with you.

Mr. Adeel Riaz, CEO of RBS Real Estate & Builders, owns Chohan Horse Stables and Farm House, a 625-kanal property with a Horse Riding Club, an RC Flying Club, a Cars Club, and a working farm. Chohan Horse Stables

Chohan Horse Stables is a peaceful riding spot located in Timmer Ratial, Pakistan. It is part of the Chohan Farm House and a lovely place to spend a day outdoors.

The stables are home to some very fine horses. Their glossy coats and gentle temperament make them a delight to admire up close. Best of all, horse riding here is complimentary for visitors.  You can enjoy a ride, pet the horses, and take memorable pictures.

The setting is open and refreshing. A wide riding ground is lined with neat white fencing, with green hills in the background. The stable block is built with simple brick and wood, giving it a warm, rustic look. There is ample parking space right next to it, so arriving with family or friends is easy.

The grounds also have comfortable seating areas and open spaces for outdoor gatherings. Our team recently held a meet-up here with a full dining setup, and it was a great success. The area looks lovely even as the sun goes down, with soft lights around the stables.

The stables are open for visits and events during daytime only. Whether you are planning a family outing, a team gathering, or a small celebration, Chohan Horse Stables is a great choice.

RBS RC Flying & Cars Club

RBS RC Flying & Cars Club is a place for anyone who loves remote-controlled planes and cars. It is part of Chohan Horse Stables and Farm House, and it is open to enthusiasts, families, and curious visitors alike.

The club brings together many types of RC aircraft. At our events, you can see small trainer planes, colorful aerobatic planes, and fast jet-style models. Pilots control them with hand-held remotes, and the planes perform smooth moves in the sky. The club also features RC car racing, with cars speeding along a dedicated track.

Our Latest Event

Our most recent RC Flying Day was held in December 2025. The grounds were set up with a bright welcome banner, and pilots lined up their planes for takeoff. Guests came with their families, watched the flights up close, and enjoyed the open surroundings. A windsock on the field helped pilots check wind direction before each flight. Visitors also enjoyed horse riding on the same grounds, which added to the fun.

The event ground is wide and open, with natural hills in the background. There is plenty of space for flying and parking, so guests can arrive easily. Whether you are a skilled pilot or simply love to watch, the RBS RC Flying & Cars Club has something for you.

Chohan Farm House 

Chohan Farm House is a calm and green escape, located on Chakbeli Rd, Rawalpindi. It is a lovely place to breathe fresh air, see farm life up close, and spend a relaxed day with family.

The farm is home to cows, buffaloes, goats, and chickens. Kids and adults can walk around, see the animals, and enjoy a real farm feel. One of the highlights is the beautiful aviary, where you can watch birds up close. Bird lovers will enjoy it, and it makes a great spot for photos.

The setting is beautiful. Green fields stretch in every direction, with a quiet road nearby and soft hills in the distance. The farm buildings have neat green roofs and sit well within the greenery.

There is also something for the little ones. A paved courtyard has swings, a slide, and a trampoline, so children can play safely while parents relax. The main house has a balcony and an open terrace, which is a great place to sit and enjoy the view. There is also a parking area right beside the building, so arriving is easy.
