The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), commonly referred to as CBD, has unveiled a noteworthy initiative named ‘AXIS’ within the CBD Quaid Retail District. In this development, CBD offers the sale of 10 completed shell and core retail units, as stated on the authority’s Facebook page on 09 October.
The retail units in the Axis development within Central Business District Development Authority are available with ground-plus-3/4 floors. Also, offers retail units and covers an estimated total area of 32,000 square feet. Those interested can get in touch by calling 0331-111-1063 or visiting www.cbdpunjab.gov.pk/axis to express their interest. The project expects to complete in three years, and the units can acquire through a 4-year payment plan.
