Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Mohsin Naqvi inaugurated the Central Business District (CBD) Punjab, Quaid District during a ceremony on Saturday, marking a significant milestone in the province’s development, as per a news report on December 3. This achievement underscores the fulfillment of the CBD development aligned with its stated objectives.
The inauguration event, attended by several ministers, cabinet members, and Punjab officials, celebrated the project’s completion, which incurred an estimated cost of PKR 332 million, in line with the approved PC-1.
CM Naqvi, during the ceremony, expressed contentment with the finished infrastructure of Lahore Prime, emphasizing its pivotal role in laying the foundation for a thriving and dynamic Punjab.
The comprehensive infrastructure of Central Business District Punjab encompasses road networks, sewage and drainage systems, electricity, water and gas supply, street lighting, ICT integration, strong security measures, and visually appealing landscaping – all constructed to the highest standards.
