Capital Smart City Got Revised Preliminary Permission

Capital Smart City has acquired Revised Preliminary Planning Permission from Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). The notification was published on May 30, 2019. Capital Smart City, in effect to this planning permission, can legally request the No-Objection Certificate (NOC) within the 6 months.

In accordance to Rule 7 (2) (e) of Punjab Private Housing Scheme and Land Sub-division Rules 2010, Director General of RDA has granted the revised preliminary planning permission to Capital Smart City. This permission is granted for the total area of 7505 Kanal which includes 2000 Kanal already approved land and 5505 Kanal additional area.

Moreover, it was also notified to avoid any construction work on the additional land of the site. RDA warned to not indulge in any sort of marketing or publicity activities for this scheme until confirmation. This planning permission is valid for only 6 months.
