April/21/2021 Lahore: Balloting process for apartments at Naya Pakistan Housing Society held in Chief Minister Office on Tuesday with a final blow(Click) from Chief Minister Mr. Usman Buzdar.
These Apartments are a great initiative for Federal and Provincial Employees, Whereas LDA employees can also get Apartments. Said the convenor.
Each Apartment will be 2.7 Million whereas Govt will provide subsidies to its allottees by submitting an application. Those who will apply for subsidy will get possession after a 10% down payment. . While others will have to pay 21% as a down payment.
Chief Minister pledged that international standards of construction will be followed and will be completed in a very short time.
Provincial Minister Mahmood ur Rasheed, Mian Aslam Iqbal, Murad Ras, and Special Advisor to CM Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan were also present there.
