Mr. Adeel Riaz is a hands-on leader who built RBS through hard work, discipline, and a commitment to honest business. He formally began his real estate journey in 2014, after years of being connected to the industry. Under his leadership, RBS has grown into a trusted name in Pakistan’s real estate sector.

One of his key steps was digitizing the company, which made its operations more transparent and gave clients a smoother, more modern experience.

From the beginning, RBS has worked with respected developers such as Habib Rafiq (Pvt.) Limited and FDHL Development. The company’s first project was Royal Orchard Multan, followed by Royal Orchard Sargodha and Royal Orchard Sahiwal. Today, RBS has 200+ team members and offices across multiple cities.

RBS follows a clear policy: it only markets and develops projects that are NOC-approved. This has helped build lasting trust with investors and clients.

Mr. Adeel Riaz believes that trust is built through consistent presence, both within the company and in direct engagement with investors. That belief has shaped how RBS operates today: transparent in its dealings, selective about the projects it markets, and active wherever its clients are. The recognition and events that follow are a reflection of this approach. Beyond real estate, he also owns the restaurant, Bin Riaz.
