The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has opened booking for a limited number of plots of different sizes in Chahar Bagh Enclave, according to the advertisement in a leading newspaper on November 19.
Chahar Bagh Enclave advert stipulates sizes of plots ranging from 3 Marlas to 1 Kanal. An approved dedicated interchange on the Ring Road will be the cornerstone of accessibility. It also provides providing quick and easy links for residents.

The process of booking a plot is simplified by a 10% down payment, 4 years to make payment, and assured possession within 3 years.
Chahar Bagh Enclave states to have installed environmentally friendly methods like using renewable energy resources, smart garbage collection, and high-tech wastewater treatment facilities. The commitment to a clean environment is evident in the rooftop gardens and the self-sustained water reservoir of the project.
The Chahar Bagh Enclave incorporates security and technological advancements with seamlessness. Important features such as cornea recognition, drone guards/delivery services, and CCTV monitoring will ensure secure and technologically modern living for residents.
