Punjab, September 3, 2024: The Chief Minister of Punjab, Mariyam Nawaz, has praised the Lahore Development Authority’s successful implementation of the digital map approval. The effort forecasts a new era of modernization and efficiency in urban development.

According to the details, a high-level meeting was held at the Chief Minister’s secretariat, during which she appreciated the LDA’s effort to streamline the online submission process and tracking of building plans. The CM also hinted at the possible expansion of the Dastak Project to the doorsteps of Punjab residents.
The smooth integration from the traditional file-based system to online approval will improve overall efficiency and eliminate the middleman mafias. Moreover, the digital map approval will provide relief to citizens from the fuss of waiting in long queues.
