PCBDDA invites bids for marketing, digital media services on retainer ship basis.

The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) is seeking proposals for Marketing, Creative, and Digital Media Services on a Retainer ship Basis. As announced through the department’s official Facebook post on December 27, interested bidders such as firms, companies, and registered sole proprietors with FBR, PRA, and relevant authorities—are invited to participate. The bidding process will adhere to the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

Furthermore, PCBDDA aims to collaborate with a marketing agency for comprehensive services encompassing Marketing, Creative, and Digital Media tasks. The chosen agency will craft marketing content aligned with the Authority’s brand guidelines for both social media and traditional platforms. Moreover, the agency’s responsibilities cover various elements, including brand research, creative oversight, content creation, designing static and dynamic artwork, Videography, video editing, basic 3D artwork & animation, live event coverage, campaign strategizing, and ensuring print work meets quality standards.

SUBMISSION DETAILS:

 Bidders must submit their sealed bids by December 29, 2023, at 11:00 AM to the specified address.

 Each bid should include a Bid Security of PKR 200,000, payable via CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand     Draft/Pay Order in favor of the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority.

Late submissions will not be entertained. The bid opening will occur at noon on the same day in the     presence of representatives from the bidding firms.

 Additional information can be obtained from the PCBDDA during office hours: 9 AM to 5 PM,     Monday to Friday.

Finally, the comprehensive Bidding Documents can be purchased by submitting a written request to the provided address. And paying a non-refundable fee of PKR 10,000 via Pay Order/CDR favoring PCBDDA. Alternatively, the Bidding Document is downloadable from PCBDDA’s website (cbd.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority’s website (ppra.punjab.gov.pk).

The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in association with bid preparation or delivery. Moreover, if the submission day falls on an official holiday, the next working day will serve as the closing date.
