Football exports increased by 62.22% over the first four months of the fiscal year 2022–2023 compared to the same period in 2017.
According to the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, Pakistan exported footballs worth US$, 81,351,000 between July 22 and October 22. In contrast, the exports were worth US$50,148,000 the year before during the same period.
However, overall exports of sports products are increasing by 32.31% to US$33,102,000. It was US$30,499,000 during the same period of time the previous year. There is an accumulative rise of US$2,603,000 in value.
Furthermore, other exports increased by 8.54%, worth US$ 33,102,000, compared to US$ 30,499,000 the year before.
Furthermore, during the reviewed period, global exports increased by 0.73%, hitting US$ 24,731,000, compared to US$ 24,552,000 during the same period the previous year.
