Note that plots booked with a 10% initial payment can only confirmed once members pay the subsequent 10% as confirmation. Regrettably, some esteemed members have fallen behind in their payments. We kindly request all members who booked their plots on or before June 30, 2022, submit their next 10% confirmation amount.
The members who have deposited only the 10% booking amount are to submit their next 10% confirmation amount. These members submit their submission payments along with two quarterly payments, by January 13, 2024. Following this date, the company may proceed with the cancellation of files. These files have only deposited with the 10% booking amount.
Furthermore, a special discount offer is valid until December 30, 2023. Members are encouraging to take advantage of this offer without waiting for the last date to deposit the confirmation amount. However, the two quarters, as mark the final call for the discount provided by the company.
