According to the news report, the Lahore Smart City (LSC) developers will start allocating 2.66 Marla and 6 Marla in Overseas 1 and Executive 1 from 18 Sep till 30 Sep 2023.
Purpose
The main purpose behind this decision is to ensure timely delivery without compromising on quality and to uphold a good level of living for people. These allocations present an exciting opportunity for those seeking to invest in Lahore’s real estate market to secure their dream homes.
2.66 and 6 Marla Plot Allocations
Below are the details of plot allocation of 2.66 Marla, 6 Marla in Overseas 1, Executive 1:
LSC Overseas 1
Members can convert the 2.66 Marla and 6 Marla commercial plots into Overseas 1 by paying only 05% extra. The new complete rates of 2.66 Marla will be Rs. 7,245,000, and the new rates of 6 Marla will be Rs. 17,640,000 for Overseas 1.
It is vital to mention that residents can pay the difference with a minimum 50% payment only through Pay Order.
LSC Executive 1
For Selection in Executive 1. Members are not required to pay any additional charges. They only need to pay 50% of the payment through Pay Order Only. The developers of the LSC will provide acknowledgment slips for the remaining 2.66 Marla and 6 Marla along with 3.5 Marla residential from Oct 2023 till 28 Oct 2023. They will be a part of 2nd balloting.
Selection Options
The members of the housing venture must pay a minimum of 40% for the selection of 2.66 Marla and 6 Marla commercial plots. Therefore, every member must come forward for the selection of plots. The members must pay a minimum 30% payment for the 3.5 Marla residential plots in order to get the acknowledgment slips with an option for selection.

3.5 Marla Balloting
In order to take part in the general balloting of 3.5 Marla residential plots, members are required to pay 1st quarter only. It is vital to mention that those members who have already booked their plots can visit the LSC office and collect their MS letters.
The management of Lahore smart city will start issuing the 3rd ballot acknowledgment slips from the end of Nov 2023. The purpose behind this is to provide another chance to those members who were not able to get the 2nd ballot acknowledgment slips.
