ISLAMABAD: Ishaq Dar asked CDA to conduct a balloting of Nilore Heights before 8th May

Recent news shows, Ishaq Dar, the finance federal minister, request that balloting of Nilore Heights take place in Nilore Heights before 8th May. Only overseas Pakistanis can live in the residential complex.

According to reports, Finance Minister Dar issued these directives during a meeting to review CDA’s projects for overseas Pakistanis. The meeting was informed about the open auction-based allocation of commercial and residential plots for Pakistanis living abroad. Nilore Heights is one of the development projects that Minister Dar directed the authority to move on with.

The registration for plots in Sectors C-14 and C-16 for expatriates will begin in the following phase also announced at the meeting. Toto help overseas Pakistanis the CDA has also established assistance counters.

Additionally, the minister asked that the Kuri and Overseas Enclave projects move forward at a faster rate. To increase foreign exchange reserves, he directed that investors who purchase commercial plots at auction using US dollars should receive particular incentives. Minister Dar requested that a strategy is in place by mid-next month to auction plots in Sectors C-14 and C-16.
