Quetta, July 31, 2024: The DHA Quetta authorities have announced an increment in the “feature charges” for plots effective from October 1, 2024. The decision is made to provide better infrastructure and advanced facilities to the residents.
The feature charges are the additional costs applied to premium plots due to their privileged location and extra amenities. The funds generated from the “feature charges” will be utilized to enhance security and improve the existing infrastructure.

The existing plot owners in premium locations will get a notification from the authorities regarding their overall dues. However, new plot buyers can take advantage of the current rates and make their purchases before the “features charges” become effective.
Here are the details of the new feature charges;
2 Kanal Residential:
- Single Feature (10%): 1.68 Mn
- Semi + Single Feature (15%): 2.52 Mn
1 Kanal Residential:
- Single Feature (10%): 0.93 Mn
- Semi + Single Feature (15%): 1.39 Mn
16 Marla Residential:
- Single Feature (10%): 0.79 Mn
- Semi + Single Feature (15%): 1.18 Mn
10 Marla Residential:
- Single Feature (10%): 0.54 Mn
- Semi + Single Feature (15%): 0.81 Mn
8 Marla Residential:
- Single Feature (10%): 0.45 Mn
- Semi + Single Feature (15%): 0.67 Mn
2 Kanal Commercial:
- Single Feature (10%): 6.62 Mn
1 Kanal Commercial:
- Single Feature (10%): 2.80 Mn
8 Marla Commercial:
- Single Feature (10%): 2.10 Mn
4 Marla Commercial:
- Single Feature (10%): 1.48 Mn
