The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta recently introduced an upgraded payment system, seamlessly linked with Askari Bank using cutting-edge API technology. This announcement was made through the authority’s official Facebook page on January 9.
The initiative showcases DHA Quetta commitment to refining transaction processes and enhancing the overall user experience. This innovative integration assures users a smooth and efficient payment journey, ensuring both swiftness and security throughout the transaction.

Outlined below is a brief overview of the improved payment procedure:
Step 1: User Authentication
Users can effortlessly log in by entering their username and password or opt for advanced biometric authentication, utilizing fingerprint or facial recognition.
Step 2: Accessing Bill Payments
Once logged in, users simply navigate to ‘Payment/Donations’ and select ‘Bill Payments’ from the menu.
Step 3: Selecting Company
Users conveniently choose the relevant company and input their challan number or registration number, simplifying the process of specifying transaction details.
Step 4: One-Time Password (OTP)
By tapping on ‘Get OTP’ and entering the received OTP on their registered mobile number, an extra layer of verification ensured.

Step 5: Confirming Transaction
Upon reviewing transaction details, users can effortlessly confirm the transaction with a single tap, completing a swift and successful payment process.
