DHA Peshawar offers limited-time incentives for Sector G, Prism

Peshawar, October 2024: Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Peshawar has announced a limited-time construction incentive for investors and residents in Sector G and Prism. The incentives are meant to boost development in the sectors and offer homeowners added value.

These incentives will be valid till December 31, 2024. The incentives include free map approval for construction projects. Besides, Green patches for each house will be developed to promote eco-friendly living. The developers also announced no maintenance charges for the first year.

Financial incentives will also include reduce construction costs and provision of pre-approved architectural designs to streamline the construction process. Moreover, special home financing options through partnered banks will be offered to plotowners so they can start construction.

DHA construction incentive also includes fflexible rescheduling of development charges to ease financial burdens and guaranteed utility connections upon house completion.
