Peshawar, October 2024: Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Peshawar has announced a limited-time construction incentive for investors and residents in Sector G and Prism. The incentives are meant to boost sector development and offer homeowners added value.

DHA Peshawar free map approval
These incentives will be valid till December 31, 2024. The incentives include free map approval for construction projects. Besides, Green patches for each house will be developed to promote eco-friendly living. The developers also announced no maintenance charges for the first year.
Financial incentives will also include reducing construction costs and providing pre-approved architectural designs to streamline construction. Moreover, plot owners will be offered special home financing options through partnered banks so they can start construction.
DHA construction incentive also includes flexible rescheduling of development charges to ease financial burdens and guaranteed utility connections upon house completion.
