DHA Multan signs MoU for construction of a shopping arcade

Multan, September 26, 2024: Defence Housing Society Multan (DHAM) has signed an MoU with Sky Private Ltd to create a shopping arcade (Ritz Archade). This shopping complex, which would include dining, shopping, and entertainment facilities, would benefit DHA Multan residents and the locals.

Ritz Arcade will also bring business opportunities for potential fraternities. This MoU aligns with the DHA’s vision of integrating a fully integrated commercial and residential community.

While signing the MoU, DHA Multan spokesperson stated,” “The construction of this shopping arcade is part of our ongoing efforts to provide world-class facilities for our residents. We believe this project will not only fulfill the commercial needs of our community but also create numerous job opportunities and drive economic growth in the region.”

According to the officials, construction of the arcade will begin in early 2025 and is expected to be completed by late 2026. The project will not only create employment opportunities in the region but also aid in economic stability.
