Multan, October 24, 2024: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has officially introduced the construction waiver scheme 2024-25. The scheme offers a 75% waiver on construction charges, providing relief to investors.

As per the announcement made on DHA’s official Facebook page, the owners who completed the grey structure of their houses between September 1st and August 30th, 2024, will be eligible for the waiver. In addition, an additional 25% reduction will be granted to owners who will occupy their houses within the same timeframe.
The construction waiver scheme is applicable only in the sectors where possession of plots is handed over to the owners. This was a smart move for developers to expedite the development process.
