According to a post shared on the official Facebook page of the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Bahawalpur on November 2, the development of Orchard Enclave, their flagship real estate project, has now officially begun.
According to the information provided, a formal ceremony marked the commencement of this project. It was attended by government officials, real estate experts, investors, and business leaders from various parts of the country.

The ceremony presided over by Lieutenant General Saqib Mehmood Malik HI (M), who serves as the President of the Project Management Committee. During the event, he commended the DHA administration for skillfully translating the project’s concept into a well-crafted development plan.
In his address to the attendees, General Saqib Mehmood Malik shared that the initial development phase. This phase sets to complete within 8 months, following which stakeholders will granted possession. He also revealed plans to create an access route connecting DHA Bahawalpur with Bahawalpur City in the near future. This underscores the project’s high-priority status and its rapid development approach.

General Saqib Mehmood Malik stressed the vision of Orchard Enclave as a green and contemporary community that will provide top-tier amenities and services. Moreover, the project aspires to harmoniously combine the tranquility of nature with contemporary living. This results in an exceptional and eco-friendly residential environment.
