We have unlocked another milestone! Construction of 2nd Smart House.

Construction of 2nd Smart House in Capital Smart City has begun by an overseas couple, Mr & Mrs Kamran Zabir. In a small ceremony, we celebrated their conviction towards a brighter future. They shared their thoughts and aspirations via video message as they could not physically join us.

As promised half of 50% of the developmental charges were refunded to Mr. & Mrs. Mahmood Sultan as promised to the first family who started their construction in Capital Smart City.

Lastly, the launch of a mobile application Smart E-Club generated applaud for Capital Smart City. Now our sellers, partners and customers can communicate with us and make informed decisions.
