CDA to Launch 2 New Interchange Projects
2 new interchange projects are on the cards in Islamabad while a specialized panel has prescribed to the community organization to acknowledge a bid. While it got last month for the development of a flyover at Sihala.
A follow-up meeting Development Working Party of Capital development Authority is scheduled shortly. This meeting will be based on the construction of two new Interchanges.
- Shaheen Chowk Interchange on Ninth Avenue –
- E-11 Chowk on Margalla Road/ Khayaban-E-Iqbal –
The estimated cost of the Shaheen Chowk Project is nearly 1.47 Billion. While Cost for E-11 Chowk Project is almost 1.42 Billion.
While Addressing Press Chairman CDA Amer Ali Ahmed told that there are no issues of funds and work will start shortly on these 2 projects.
