Islamabad July 1, 2024: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) made a decisive move to reclaim the 3 kanal land from encroachers in Sangjani. The land was illegally captivated hindering the CDA’s planned initiative to build society and enhance the infrastructure.

The operation, with the support of local law enforcement, was conducted smoothly on the early Monday morning. This conflict-free recovery process is part of CDA’s broader perspective of campaigning against illegal land occupation.
CDA Chairman, Usman Ali, further stated, “Reclaiming public land from encroachers is vital for the development and progress of Islamabad. This successful operation in Sangjani is a testament to our commitment to maintaining the city’s integrity and ensuring lawful use of public property.”
The residents have vowed to the CDA’s initiative. They are hopeful that authorities will take legal action against encroachers to prevent such unlawful practices.
