CDA plans to launch a housing scheme for overseas Pakistanis

Capital Development Authority CDA announced to launch of an enhanced housing scheme in Mauza Kuri specifically designed for overseas Pakistanis, as reported on 30 September.

In a meeting presided over by Chairman Captain (R) Anwar-ul-Haq on Thursday, the introduction of this new housing scheme for overseas Pakistanis was disclosed.

The project encompasses 14,000 kanals of land near Kuri Road, adjacent to Park Road. Plots within this initiative will specifically marketed and sold to expatriates in US dollars, aiming to increase foreign exchange reserves.

It emphasizes that the CDA has already approved the selection of a design consultant. This consultant will tasked with conducting critical research on aspects such as environmental impact, hydrology, and traffic management.

Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for developing the infrastructure design. It ensures the seamless integration of all modern amenities into the scheme.
