Lahore, November 1, 2024: The Central Business District (CBD) Lahore has launched “Axis”, a 20-kanal retail space, to build a strong commercial presence in the city.

According to details, the retail space is located in a high-traffic commercial area. The strategic location will enhance the visibility of the brand and will also be easily accessible. Axis will be capable of handling substantial business operations with a floor area ratio of 1:6.
The property price is 32 crore per Kanal, with a 20% upfront downpayment. To ease the cash flow, the rest of the balance will be payable within 5 years, which will provide the developers with a manageable financial structure.
