Capital Smart City Possession for Residential Plots is announced by Future Developments Holdings (Pvt.) Ltd. The possession of residential plots in Overseas 1 and Executive 1 will start by the end of 2020. Previously, the possession was planned in April 2020 but it got delayed because of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
The momentum of Capital Smart City development work is going on at quite an efficient pace. It is determined to open new horizons of innovation and modernization in Real Estate development. Subject to no delay in installments, Capital Smart City will be handed over to Investors within 3 to 4 years.
Schedule of Residential Plot Possession in Capital Smart City
Presently, possession of Overseas Block and Executive Block in Capital Smart City is announced as follow

As mentioned earlier, the possession is subjected to the clearance of dues. In order to avail of the custody of the plot, the investor must clear all the dues before the aforementioned date.

Capital Smart City cares for its worthy investors. Keeping in view the speedy pace of work, it has also offered several incentives as well. The company is giving ease to pay the following charges in 4 quarters while the 1st quarter with possession.
- Development Charges
- Extra Land Charges
- Prime Location Charges
- Utility Charges
Previously, all of these charges are supposed to be paid in a lump sum.
Update on Development Work in Overseas 1
Overseas 2 in Capital Smart City launched in 2018. It is solely reserved for Overseas Pakistanis and foreigners. Advanced-stage development work is going on right now. Several infrastructures are almost completed in Overseas 1 including

- Sewerage layout
- Underground electrification and fiber optics
- Street lights
- Masjid
- Overhead Water Tank
- Smart School
- Hospital and Commercial Building
Update on Executive 1 Block
This block is an updated version of General Block. The development work in Executive 1 is also at an advanced stage. The aforementioned mentioned infrastructures are at the completion stage in Executive 1 as well.
