Capital Smart City Announced 3.5 Marla New Price Plan

Capital Smart City has announced new price plan for 3.5 Marla plots. These plots are located in Harmony Park. Previously, it was announced for PKR 1,500,000 with easy monthly and quarterly installment plans. Due to convenient price plan, these plots sold out in merely 4 days after launch.

Keeping in view the demand of Harmony Park Plots, management has decided to again present Harmony Park plots. As per new announcement, the new price of 3.5 Marla Plot is PKR 1,610,000. In addition these plots are also expected to sell out in less than a week.
