Capital Smart City is a residential development by Habib Rafiq Private Limited (HRL) and Future Development Holdings Ltd. (FDHL) on the Lahore-Islamabad Motorway M-2, approximately 10 kilometers from the Thalian Interchange.

The construction of Capital Smart City is progressing quickly. The speed of development work for Smart City is thought to be the fastest among all the upcoming housing societies in Islamabad’s real estate market. The land is also being cleared and leveled on the location of the Executive block. In addition to the installation of sewer pipes, work on the Smart Villas project has begun.
After Overseas-1, Executive block phase-1 is expected to take possession. Therefore, the Executive block is also undergoing rapid development.
