Booking & Confirmation

To book a villa, you first make two initial payments. The first is the booking payment, which is 15% of the total price, or PKR 2,625,000. This reserves the villa in your name. The second is the confirmation payment, which is 10% of the total price, or PKR 1,750,000, and it makes your booking final. Together, these two payments come to PKR 4,375,000 (25%). The remaining 75%, which is PKR 13,125,000, is paid in installments.

2-Year Payment Plan

You get two years to pay off the balance, with two options to choose from. The first is the quarterly plan, where you make one payment every three months. This consists of 8 installments of PKR 1,640,625 each. The second is the monthly plan, where you make a smaller payment every month. This consists of 24 installments of PKR 546,875 each.

The total amount is the same in both cases. The only difference is that quarterly installments are larger but less frequent, while monthly installments are smaller and easier on your monthly budget. If you earn a regular monthly income, the monthly plan is often the more comfortable choice.
