According to a report on September 13, Sindh Government Additional Chief Secretary Manzoor Ali Sheikh ordered the Karachi Development Authority (KDA) Director General (DG) to promptly implement a complaint management system to ensure public convenience.

As per the details, in a recent meeting with a delegation from the Karachi Development Authority (KDA), Sheikh underlined the value of the resources at hand. It also emphasized the need to make KDA a financially stable institution. He required the authority’s website to include real-time land records, tenders, and auction information updates.

Moreover, Additional Chief Secretary Sheikh demanded a focus on generating revenue and recovery. Also warned those who disobeyed with necessary consequences if they didn’t comply. He directed the implementation of an enterprise resource planning system to enhance the functionality of the IT infrastructure.
