QUETTA: DHA Quetta issues a reminder regarding the surcharge waiver scheme on plots

On April 28, a post saying that the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has announced a surcharge waiver scheme for residential and commercial properties till 2023 was uploaded on the company’s official Facebook page. In order to provide customer-friendly policies, the government suggests a surcharge waiver programme for owners of residential and commercial plots.

The scheme offers in three main categories by the DHA Quetta. The specifics of the surcharge waiver scheme are as follows:

• Customers of the 5-marla marketing are eligible for a 100% surcharge discount when paying all development charge installments.
• Residential plot owners who pay up all of their installments will receive a 40% surcharge discount.
• Owners of commercial ballot plots who pay off all installments receive a 35% surcharge discount.

According to the information provided, this offer is valid till May 31. To take advantage of this fantastic deal, the administration has asked the owners to submit their installments as soon as possible.
