CDA to Launch Two New Interchange Projects
Two new exchange projects are on the cards in Islamabad while a specialized panel has prescribed to the community organization to acknowledge a bid. While it got last month for the development of a flyover at Sihala.
A follow-up meeting Development Working Party of Capital development Authority is scheduled shortly. This meeting will be based on the construction of two new Interchanges.
- Shaheen Chowk Interchange on Ninth Avenue –
- E-11 Chowk on Margalla Road/ Khayaban-E-Iqbal –
The estimated cost of the Shaheen Chowk Project is nearly 1.47 Billion. While Cost for E-11 Chowk Project is almost 1.42 Billion.
While Addressing Press Chairman CDA Amer Ali Ahmed told that there are no issues of funds and work will start shortly on these two projects.
