Capital Smart City has revised the Payment Plan for 1st and Ground Floors of The Villas Apartments. These revised prices will come in to effect immediately from May 20, 2020.
As per latest notification, following main changes in prices are mentioned in revised Payment Plan
For 660 Sq. Ft Villas Apartments
The total price of the unit is PKR 2,685,500. Meanwhile, the additional amount will charged as follow
- PKR 115,000 extra for 1st floor
- PKR 215,000 extra for Ground Floor
For 856 Sq. Ft Villas Apartments
The total price of the unit is PKR 3,610,500. Meanwhile, the additional amount will charged as follow
- PKR 190,000 extra for 1st Floor
- PKR 290,000 extra for Ground Floor
